- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited 30 minutes for the doctor to come in for my new paitent exam. Didnt appologize for the wait. Spent 5 minutes with me and walked out without even shaking my hand goodbye. Reception was supposed to give me a referal to see a dermatologist but whoever does them wasnt there on so i was supposed to get a call back from them. 3 days later no one had called me so i called them. I explained the situation that i just needed my referal faxed to a dermatologist and then I was placed on hold for 8 minutes when someone new got on the phone and said can i help you. I said yes with my referal? And she said what about a referal? I rexplained the situation and she said she would fax it. I will follow up tomorrow due to the fact i think this place is disorganized and unreliable. I wont be back.September 07, 2017by Sarah Greif
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Chalker is a nice guy but shows zero interest in trying to let a patient know how much they are going to be billed for a procedure after insurance payments. They claim not to have the ability to determine what the patient will end of having to pay which is a bunch of baloney as my other doctors and dentist are able to tell me what I will end up paying when they perform procedures for meApril 29, 2017by Steve R
