  I should have known from my first conversation with the receptionist to avoid this practice. I have worked in the medical field for 7 years and have never once been given an office's tax ID number and told I must call my insurance to see if they participate. The reception staff were fair on our first two visits. Today was our third visit to this office and while we were checking out the reception/billing person was extremely rude and unprofessional to an individual on the phone. This was the last draw for us. The medical assistant staff and MD staff are just OK. They must feel there is an abundance of patients for them as nobody cares about the patient experience! I would not recommend anyone go to this office.

  I have been going to the location in Shrewsbury for about 3 years. The doctors and nurses have always been so wonderful and helpful, but administration is a different story. I am so upset with them!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for my son Logan on August 23rd at 11am. I wrote it in my calendar as soon as she gave me the day and time while I was in the office for his 12m well visit. I get a called on August 22nd saying I missed my appointment today. I told the lady on the phone my appointment isn't till tomorrow and that the lady who scheduled me must of clicked the wrong date. She than argued that they called me and left a message on my voice mail. With me being so busy that weekend getting school stuff ready I didn't get to listen to any of them so she said it was my fault because I didn't listen to it to confirm the wrong date she scheduled. I'm also mad at the point this counts as 3 missed appointment when someone else messed up there. I had to pay a $25 fee!!!! Oh yea they also have a policy you can't have 3 no shows in a 2 year period!!! My kids missed 1 appointment each in September of 2014 for my daughter and son scheduled at the same time for a well visit. So that's 23 months since I missed an appointment. Then Judy proceed to tell me to find a different office and a letter in the mail will be coming home. I also have a kid with special needs I explained to her and seemed like she didn't care one bit.
