- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor that my daughter saw while she was there was fine, no issues. Definitely not outstanding in any way, but fine. HOWEVER, whoever works reception needs serious customer service training. I've worked with the public my entire life and never have I experienced anything like it. We had an issue a few months ago getting my son to an appointment- my husband works third shift and couldn't get home on time, my work is in MD and I was already at work when he let me know he had to stay. I called the Dr. office to let them know and told them I would TRY TO get my son in later that afternoon. I couldn't because it got busy in my office and didn't have the option to leave early. Apparently, this is considered a no show and worthy of $100 "NO SHOW" CHARGE. Laughable. Rude.February 02, 2017by Cassandra McCarthy
